I state that I was committed to the fast track (about 7'/ 7'30 "per km), the passage between the various terrains and the push maintenance responses is very good, the less the movement of the foot inside the shoe: in my opinion the What's better with more structured socks (but in summer ...?!), the area of the foot is large in an excessive way, I tested them on land and dry asphalts.

Brilliant trail shoe, perfect amount of cushioning without sacrificing the responsiveness. Grips well on most surfaces although I wouldn´t recommend this trainer for soft wet boggy conditions. Perfect of hard packed trail. Toe box and mid-foot support is great.
