After a workout I find this bag not too bad, light and practical but I'll have to take my marks because the use of the plates seems a little pain! By cons i noticed a difference in length between the right and left of the vest, but it's just weird aesthetic if not careful it small size but we can adjust well. I'm 1m83 and I have taken Mr. No in the overall and long therm it'll be a good bag hydration!
