Its our lightest stability shoe to date and combines Innerflex and StabiliPod technologies to give you flexible stability where you need it. Built-in drainage holes provide quick moisture release and superior airflow. The friction-free, lightweight upper and FootShape toe box keep your feet comfortable across long distance runs. The fully cushioned Zero Drop platform encourages a more natural, low-impact foot strike and features a lightweight, responsive A-Bound/EVA blend. received quickly, I resumed the race on foot after a 3-month shutdown following a fractured tibia. I am a 10k runner 92 kgs to 1.96m. - First releases 7km about 10km / h average, the altra are as comfortable as light. - Zero drop, giving a natural and dynamic run (attention to adaptation for those who are accustomed to high drops and large "cushioning"), it's a real pleasure to run with these shoes to walk. - The grip is very good on the road, but also on roads and even on wet ground, which does not seem obvious at first glance on the sole, which also allows good feelings felt at the ground level. - The toe box gives a good extra large sitting pose of the foot, is cushioned enough for midfoot stride. really extraordinary shoe, yet avoided I think for those who attack heel, and for muddy trails and other "mud days".
